Products purchased on the website will be posted within a maximum of 3 (three) business days from the day following receipt of payment. The buyer will be informed, via email or message, of the tracking code so that the shipment can be tracked.
There are no refunds of any kind for autographed books and/or digital books.
Returns of other products will be accepted if the item purchased does not meet the customer's expectations.
The deadline for returns is 7 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the product, in accordance with art. 49 CDC, within which the customer must request the exchange, cancellation or return of the purchase by email and send it by post within 2 (two) business days.
After this period, it will not be possible to make a return.
The returned item will undergo an analysis, must be unused in its original packaging, and must not have been used or have any signs of intervention and with all the accessories that accompanied it, in addition to the purchase invoice and/or declaration of contents. .
If any discrepancy or violation of the product is identified, we will not accept the return and will send the product to the sender, without any prior communication.
Cris Serruya Store products undergo rigorous inspection. As many are made by hand, some imperfections are to be expected.

Quality Control analysis may take up to fifteen business days, as some suppliers are outside the state of Rio de Janeiro. The product desired for exchange will only be released after this approval.
Exchange requests via a channel other than email will not be accepted.
If the order is returned in full, a full refund of the amount paid will be made,any less the postage cost, and the amount will be refunded to the customer's bank account.
